What Will be Covered
How to Prepare for Work
Starting out in the workforce can feel overwhelming. At BCoached, we guide young people through every step of the preparation process, from understanding career aspirations, to writing strong applications and CVs to understanding interview techniques and expectations that will be required from them. With tailored coaching, you’ll feel ready and confident to take your first steps into employment.
Understanding Roles and Responsibilities
Every role comes with its own expectations. BCoached helps you break down job descriptions, understand what employers are looking for, and connect your skills to the responsibilities of a role. This ensures you go into your new job prepared, capable, and confident.
The Chain of Command
Workplaces often operate within structures or hierarchies. We help you understand the chain of command, who to report to, how to communicate effectively, and why professional boundaries matter. This knowledge gives you the confidence to navigate workplace dynamics successfully.
The Future
At BCoached, we help young people set realistic, motivating career goals. Whether you’re aiming for further study, or leadership, we support you in creating a roadmap to achieve long-term success.
Knowing your Rights
Entering the workforce means understanding not only your responsibilities but also your rights. We provide young people with clear, practical guidance on workplace rights, equality, and fair treatment so you can start your career feeling empowered and informed.
